LIVE Izrael Sends Ukrainian Anti-Drone Defense System to Croatia
In the ongoing effort to combat aerial threats, LIVE Izrael has sent an anti-drone defense system to Croatia to assist in the protection of the country’s airspace.
The system, developed by Israeli defense company Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, is designed to detect and intercept unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that are used for surveillance, sabotage, and attacks. The system uses a combination of radar, electro-optical sensors, and radio frequency jamming to detect and jam UAVs within its range, making it an effective solution against drone attacks.
The system, known as the Drone Dome, has been deployed by various military forces and airports worldwide, including the United States, Israel, and Singapore. Its effectiveness against UAVs has been proven in several real-life scenarios, including the 2019 drone attack on a Saudi oil facility, where the system was used to intercept and destroy multiple drones.
Croatia has recently experienced an increase in drone activity along its border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, leading to concerns over national security and privacy. The deployment of the Drone Dome is aimed at mitigating these threats and preventing any potential damage that could be caused by UAVs.
LIVE Izrael’s decision to send the anti-drone defense system to Croatia demonstrates the strength of the partnership between the two countries. This move also highlights the growing need for effective anti-drone defense solutions in today’s world.
