Vučković: Meso u Hrvatskoj je kvalitetno, nezadovoljavajućih uzoraka ima oko jedan posto

Nalazi svih ovih godina su, koliko ja to pratim, prilično dobri. Prema rezultatima za 2021.godinu, broje nesukladnih uzoraka bio je samo tri od 202 koliko ih je uzeto. Kad govorimo o nitritima, imali smo dva nesukladna uzoraka od 140, komentirala je ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučić pumpanje mesa na tržištu različitim aditivima i hormonima za RTL Danas.

Ministrica tvrdi da su prema Zakonu hormoni zabranjeni, ali i da se hrvatski trgovci koji stavljaju meso na tržište ponašaju odgovorno. Oni koji ne poštuju propisanu regulativu će platiti kazne koje se, prema Zakonu o prehrambenim aditivima, najčešće kreću između 30 i 50 tisuća kuna za pravne osobe, a najteži prekršaji iznose oko 13 tisuća eura.  

– Mi to kontroliramo putem ovlaštenih laboratorija i Državnog inspektorata. Nalazi su isto dobri, postotak nesukladnih uzoraka je ispod jedan posto – odgovorila je ministrica na pitanje kupuju li građani piletinu s hormonima.

Napominje da to ne znači da Hrvati ne konzumiraju hrana s aditivima, ali oni se moraju ubrizgavati sukladno s propisima. 

– Sastav hrane mora biti jasno deklariran. Ne smiju se, naravno, ubrizgavati nedozvoljeni aditivi. Sve to skupa se provjerava. Oni se ubrizgavaju u svježe meso, ali onom koje nije namijenjeno za konzumaciju u svježem stanju već kao prerađevina. Ono što jedemo kao svježe meso-ništa od toga ne smije biti – dodala je ministrica.

Kako tvrdi, broj nesukladnih uzoraka za 2021. godinu bio je 3 u odnosu na 202 uzeta uzorka. Nitrit je bilo u 2 uzorka od 139, a  sulfati nisu pronađeni u niti jednom uzorku. 

– Kod govedarstva otprilike 70 posto, svinjogojstva 60 posto, a peradarstva iznad 90 posto – čak i blizu 100 posto – odgovorila je ministrica na pitanje o postotku hrvatskog mesa na našem tržištu.
